The ad for parking was misleading, the HE customer service was completely useless and parking cost me over £260 for 3 days.

Missold the parking, turns out it was meet and greet but advertised as car park 1 at Luton. Ended up costing me £600 for a week. Won’t be using again and complaint made.

The information was so bad , I booked a short term car park at Luton but their was no such thing , only mid term and I had to pay a further £140 on my return because we had to park up because we drove around for 45 min and would’ve missed our flight , no number to phone !!!!!!!!!

Booking Short Stay at Luton was misleading as a Short Stay Car Park doesnt exist there!! After a lot of stress Ive found out it was one of the different car parks we had to go to and it was a Meet and Greet! If I wanted Meet and Greet I would of booked that but I wanted an actual car park where I leave my car and take car keys with me

Booked it and instructions weren't clear. We followed the GPS directions from the app and there were no signs or anything explaining we had to leave the keys or meet someone to leave the card from the parking. We had an eventuality with our flight and only then we were informed of the later information. The person who we spoke to was not helpful at all when we requested to contact customer services due to the bad information and signage which will mean we have to pay x4 the initial price of our parking. Staff was not helpful when requested to help us find a solution, we were just told to pay the normal parking g even though we had a booking and were in the right parking just not the right level of the parking. This was definitely not the type of customer service expected specially as we were coming back from a family hospital emergency and enough worries to also have to worry about this. The service was poor and disappointing. We will be contacting a consumers rights organisation to deal with this.

Great service and super speedy , lovely helpful guys. Only bit of feedback was how dirty the car was when I got it back, looked liked it been off road. Maybe more sand from the sahara

Booked a short stay at Luton airport, a car park I have used regularly. The advert stated short stay, the booking even stated short stay. I thought nothing more until I could not get out the car park. The attendant came to assist to tell me that this was happening a lot, the booking I had actually made was essentially off site parking with meet and greet. Completely Misled on the website and despite paying over the odds to ensure short stay parking I had to pay twice.

Absolute shambles. Asked to call 20 minutes out prior to dropping car. Telephone number constantly engaged despite calling times. On arrival no ticket issued or photos of car taken. On return telephone number kept cutting off. After eventually getting through told the car was at the airport turned out it wasn’t and took an hour and 20 minutes before the car was delivered then they didn’t want to give it to us because we didn’t have a ticket.
